INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS AND CAREER COACHING: Crafting Concise Executive Summaries
This session offers a practical exercise, honing participants’ abilities to write concise executive summaries for business and recruiting purposes. You’ll learn to quickly identify essential chart features and articulate them effectively for diverse business needs. Participants will receive a template for easier keynoting, enabling them to present any chart in a business-oriented, effective style in a working time of under 15 minutes. Participants from prior trainings loved that exercise!
Session 11
WRAP UP SESSION: Integrating Learnings for Practical Application
In this final session, participants will recap and integrate their learning. Key activities include:
- Developing strategies to offer coaching and consulting services.
- Creating presentations and analysis printouts for managers and employees.
- Exploring best practices for Team and Organizational Analyses.
- Developing team workshops as incentives for employees, integrating the GeniusReport into projects.
